Sandy, UT Location

Our Sandy office is a spacious, well-appointed center for healing, housing multiple specialized therapy rooms each with its own comforting ambiance. We have a one-of-a-kind Jungian sand tray therapy room for creative, symbolic exploration, as well as a softly lit sensory room where gentle sights and sounds help you relax and ground yourself. The Sandy location also features multiple private therapy rooms for quiet one-on-one sessions, and a specialized ketamine-assisted therapy room that provides a safe, soothing setting for this innovative treatment. Every corner of the Sandy office is intentionally designed – from calming natural colors to cozy furnishings – to make you feel cared for and at ease. This location is Richard Thomas’s primary base, and his warm, compassionate presence fills the space, making it feel welcoming the moment you walk through the door.

Mesa, AZ Location

Our Mesa office offers a more intimate, cozy setting, thoughtfully arranged to foster a grounded, welcoming atmosphere where you can feel safe and supported during in-person therapy. Though smaller in scale, it is every bit as inviting and healing as our Sandy location. Soft lighting, comfortable chairs and sofas, and personal touches give the Mesa office a home-like warmth where you can immediately feel at ease. It’s the perfect setting for one-on-one sessions, providing privacy, comfort, and a sense of calm so you can focus on your growth. Both Glenn and Richard practice out of this Mesa office, and their down-to-earth, friendly presence perfectly complements the space’s nurturing vibe – together they create a quiet haven of grounded, welcoming care.
